And any idea how are they going to run their homes and bring up their kids in today's times. Medical profession is ethical, doctors should work on minimal wages but also should teachers, schools, food joints, eateries and other public services.Doctors dedicate their whole life in serving others, leaving their family behind, but in the end they have to work hard to make their ends meet. So, give me good reason why they should suffer.

Re introducing the Hon.system will over come shortage of medical teachers as well as senior consultants in the medical profession. This will also reduce expenses.
